Hourly Support
€25–€85 per hour
Ideal for startups or companies who need help with parts of the process – from writing job ads to candidate screening or interviewing. You stay in control, we support where it counts.
Per Vacancy (Fixed-Fee Recruitment)
Starting from €400 – up to €1.750 per role
Best for businesses with clearly defined hiring needs. This includes full-cycle support: from job profiling and sourcing to interviews and onboarding advice.

Success Fee Model
10–18% of the candidate’s annual gross salary
