β Only having a residency permit (without a work permit)
β Being located in Europe without legal work authorization
β Hoping for visa sponsorship or relocation support
We do not provide any visa or work permit support β all candidates must already be legally eligible to work in the EU at the time of applying. This is a firm requirement from our end clients and is beyond our control.
π Why Is This So Strict?
While we understand that many non-EU residents are highly skilled and motivated, the companies we work with cannot sponsor work visas or hire candidates without proper EU work authorization. This is due to compliance, budget limitations, and processing timeframes.
Our goal is to save both your time and ours by being upfront about what is required.
